At Exodus Hills, the majority of our products are crafted by skilled manufacturers overseas and shipped internationally to your door. Select items are produced in the United States and may arrive sooner. Regardless of origin, every piece is held to the same standard of quality.

International Shipping (Most Orders)

Because most of our collection is produced internationally, the majority of orders will ship from overseas facilities. Please allow additional time for customs processing and international transit.

• Processing time: 3–7 business days before shipment
• Tracking is provided once your order has shipped
• Customs duties or import fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer

Domestic Shipping (Select Products)

Select products that are made in the United States ship domestically and typically arrive faster.

• Processing time: 2–5 business days before shipment
• Tracking is provided once your order has shipped

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after your shipment notification.
