Returns & Refund Policy
Each piece we create is made-to-order through our trusted fulfillment partner, which allows us to deliver premium quality while minimizing waste. Because of this production process, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
Made-to-Order Production
Every item is custom-made as soon as you place your order. We do not keep inventory or operate a warehouse, which means we cannot receive shipments or process returned merchandise.
All sales are final.
Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items
We stand by the quality of our products and will always make it right if there’s a mistake on our end. You may request a replacement if:
- Your order arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong size, color, or design
- There is a printing or production error
If any of the above apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing [your email address]. Include the following information:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the product and the problem
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost. There is no need to return the original item.
Size & Fit Policy
Because every item is made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for size, fit, or style preferences. We strongly encourage you to review the size chart carefully before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives severely damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and, if applicable, provide a replacement.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase. After this window, production begins automatically and we are unable to modify, cancel, or refund your order.
Final Note
Because we operate through a made-to-order system, we do not have a facility capable of receiving returns. Please do not attempt to send any products back — they will not be accepted or processed.
